The condominium in general is good.
The flat needs some basic renovations, the sink was clogged (so much so that we spent a day waiting for the guy to come and fix it and when he came it was only at night), the bathroom door didn't have a lock and wouldn't flush, air conditioning was dripping with water, when we woke up the floor was full of water, we had to remove a lot of water, but the location of the flat is good, close to the beach and overlooking the pool.
